Your commercial about Absolute events is unrealistic and honestly weird. I'm 53 and prefer Absolute over more premium brands. You don't need weird and out of touch. I mean really, who goes to parties like you show?

  • Attached to one of the many, many flavored Absolute vodkas my husband has purchased over the years was a $10.00 by mail rebate offer. I sent in the form filled out, receipt with the purchase price and the UPC code that I peeled off the bottle.  I received a rejection post card back stating I did not have the requirements to receive the refund.  Annoyed, I called the number on the card to complain.  The customer service person explained the price was not itemized.  I explained the liquor store is a small business and their cash registers don't itemize purchases, besides I attached the UPC code and the price clearly reflected a 1.75 liter bottle of Absolute flavored vodka.  The customer service person asked the supervisor if he would make an exception.  He wouldn't!  All I will say now is that after spending a fortune over the years on your vodka you will lose valued customers over bad treatment and a petty $10.00 coupon.  We will no longer purchase Absolute flavored vodka as of this complaint.  We will try and buy competitive brands of which there is no shortage of.  Nice knowing you and have a nice day.

  • Magdalena:  You offered to rectify the situation but have done nothing to date.  It's a shame that you represent a company like this and do nothing but talk a good game.  You are obviously not going to send the $10.00 coupon to us.  As of this writing we have been buying other flavored vodkas and we are enjoying them.  You have already lost business, but are not wise enough or classy enough to understand, nor do you have the wherewithal to figure this out.  Unless you are willing to really to make the situation right don't reply to this post because I'm not interested in reading another useless post from you.
