Complain

I bought an Absolut Pears about a mounth ago and put it on the fridge. I didnt open it, it reemains with the seal, the problem is that it leaked and i lost the hole bottle.
Is that commun? I dont understand. Isnt the seal a warranty??

    Sorry to hear about you experience. This certainly isn't common but it can happen if the cork is as open as it can be underneath the seal. This can happen in a number of ways and many times it's due to fluctuations in pressure that the bottles experience when carried onto an airplane or kept in a cold place.

  • I am a very big fan of absolut vodka and all its flavours but my eyes got the better of me when I decided to buy the absolut honey it should not carry the absolut name.To me it tasted awful I even went online to figure out different mixes to make the drink taste better with no enjoyment in the end the bottle and it contents went to the bin.This experience have given me a fobia to try new absolut flavours.very disappointed.

    some days ago I bought 2 bottles of your vodka, like every week, and I put it in my fridge. Yesterday I opened the first with my friends and we realized that it didn't smelled like every time, then we drunk a glass of this bottle and we realized that the taste wasn't good like every time, it was flavourless, like the water. The second bottle was like the first, then we decided to put everything in to the bin. We usually buy it every weeks and we never had problems but, this time, we are really disappointed.

    I had a very unpleasant experience with Inmar rebates. It was $50 off on 6 Absolute bottles promotion. Even though I have sent everything that was required on rebate form they still didn't want to validate it. Thankfully I have photos of my receipt and rebate form I sent.
     Unfortunately it also change my opinion of your brand. Looks like you offer those rebates and then look for a reason not to pay it ( even if everything was correct).
