Complaint

Hi recently purchased a bottle of your vodka as a gift for my Father For His Birthday, only to find that there was a strange taste to the vodka after further inspection there was some black sludge in the bottle and therefore i am very disappointed! i bought the most expensive bottle i could find to suprise my father and it was contaminated with something!!
i hope that this problem can be resolved. considering your amazing reputation i would've never expected this type of unprofessionalism in your product!

  • I live in Canada,over a month ago I wrote in a complaint about getting a cut on my finger from a bottle of absolute vodka.Someone by the name Jake D. responded,said,he would forward my complaint to the Canadian Team.I haven't heard back from anybody.

  • I recently bought a bottle Oval Vodka line it was absolutely refreshing I loved it. I bought the bottle because I had a birthday party planned for my brother-in-law. I was making martinis and drinks and having a good time and when I poured the Drinks in my cup i found two pieces of glass. I went immediately to the liquor store and complain. Owner was of Indian descent and refused to give me a refund or another bottle of vodka lime Absolut even though I have the receipt to prove it he would not refund me you told me you was in the inside of the bottle therefore it was the responsibility of Absolut Vodka. I went home and I was mad and I had a right to be mad I had spent 1799 on this bottle of vodka and I couldn't drink it for fear of drinking glass slithers. Even though I hate to admit this the Indian man was right it is absolute responsibility to fix this issue. I know you are a reputable company and would not want to hear this I hope you fix this I don't want an apology from Jake or any other person he'll what I want is a bottle of Absolut lime vodka that I paid 1799 for nothing more nothing less. I could have been severely hurt my insides cut off I don't want to hear that apologizing what I want to hear is that I'm going to get a bottle a fifth absolute lime. If I don't hear something from this company or from someone with authority I will contact my attorney and let them know and I could possibly file suit for damages. All through these threads icy apologies new one getting anything replaced. I hope we can come to terms with this matter.
