dodgy product?

Hi, guys. Last night we bought a bottle of Absolute Vodka from the "Bottle-O" outlet on High Street in Preston, Melbourne. We found a strange plastic device in the mouth of the bottle, which made the vodka freeze solid around it, so that when we took it out of the freezer we were unable to pour it. Furthermore, we are convinced that this product has been watered down. We have been buying Absolut for literally decades, and we are sure that someone has tampered with this product. We spoke to the manager of a BWS outlet, and he said that the plastic pour-device makes it sound like an illegally imported product. I am enclosing a photo for your info. We are not comfortable drinking the remainder of the bottle. Please advise. Yours Sincerely, James Devine

  • A week now and still no response. Not very good PR when I have gone to the trouble of making a legitimate complaint and provided you with both details of purchase and a photograph of the product. You might like to contact me at your earliest convenience.
