Rebate never received AND I followed all instructions

Hello, I bought 2 of your Absolut 750 ML Vodka on 6/23/14 and both had hang tags advertising "Save $6.00 By Mail" so I followed the instructions and filled out the rebate form and sent in receipt with items circled and UPC Numbers from each bottle written directly on the receipt. I never received my rebate. I have not moved or relocated. I have copies of my rebate form and receipt.

I went back and reviewed my rebate form and it says, " For rebate inquiries go to CMSPROMOCHECK.COM. So I did and the website does not work. What a crock. Please give me my rebate! Email me with information on how to get my money.

  • I sent in all the necessary forms for a YELLOW TAIL wine rebate on December 20, 2014
    and have not received the rebate. I have copies of the sales slip and rebate form and would like information about this rebate.

  • Yes, having the same problems as the posts before me.
    I did as instructed and heard nothing. My rebate was for $18. I purchased 6 1.5L bottles of Yellowtail Wine. Offer dates were 10/1/14-1/31/15 I sent the rebate form on 12/19/14

  • Try calling 877-322-8355. I contacted that number and was told a new check would be mailed in two weeks

  • I, too, am having the same difficulty. cmspromocheck.com does not allow you to check your rebate status, as it says on their rebate form. I have copies of my receipt, with purchase of 2 bottles of Kahlua circled and UPC # written on the receipt. I also have a copy of my rebate form filled out. Offer dates was March 8-14, 2015. My purchase was made on March 8, 2015. My receipt and rebate form were both mailed on March 9, 2015. It is now May 20, 2015 and I am still waiting for my $5.00 rebate. I would appreciate being contacted regarding the status of my rebate. I am hoping you will take care of this and I won't receive the treatment and outcomes as the previous posts. Thank you.

  • I can't seem to get a question answered although it said to contact CMSPROMOCHECK.COM for inquiries. I asked this: If a rebate form says "Valid in Iowa Only" does that mean you must live in Iowa or that you must buy the wine in Iowa?

  • I did not receive rebate from Absolut. I bought the vodka 2-27-15 and mailed in the rebate on the same day. Talk about a rip off. Won't even waste my time with CMSPROMOCHECK, talk about a runaround.

  • I am now on hold for someone to help with my yellow tail 5.00 rebate that I mailed 4-8-15 to CMS Rebate Services . Finally got to Dawn - she told me to give it more time but if I still dont receive it to go the the Inmarrebates.com site to track it . I also e-mailed the Duetsch Family wine and spirits - makers of the yellowtail brand to let them know of the problem and have already received an email back asking for further info from me so they could track it. Maybe this could help some of you Thankfully I have all my copies so we'll see if I get anything back

    Words are cheap and hollow. I have yet to read from anyone that their rebate was resolved to their satisfaction. Some issues are as old as 9 months. Rebates for $5.00 should not be such a hassle. I have already been instructed to re-submit copies of my rebate form and receipt and wait another 4-6 weeks. Please expedite this for us.

  • Finding it difficult to find a contact person to address a problem with a rebate also. I bought the advertised special at the NH State Liquor Store as $5 rebate for purchase of Absolute Mandarin Vodka. When completing it to send in when getting home, I noticed that NH is not a valid state for the rebate. I called the store back to see why, and he told me the Sales Rep for Absolute actually puts the signs up, not the store itself. Wow. Scam or mistake? Regardless, I want the $5 owed me for buying the advertised special. How do I get my $5???

  • I'll make this easy as I can. I followed all the instructions for Yellow Tail wine rebate. I called and wrote a follow up letter and sent my copies in. I DID NOT MAKE COPIES OF MY COPIES. The rebate was for $18 and isn't about the money at this point....it's been over a year! Please send rebate to:

  • To all of you who are struggling to get your rebate, I FINALLY GOT MINE!! See my post several months ago. This is what I did. I called 877-322-8355 like Bob A. suggested. Since I had a copy of my rebate form and sales receipt, I attached it to an email and was given the email address of inmarrebatecenter@inmar.com. Over the phone, I was issued a Pernod case # and referenced this in my email. I was contacted shortly thereafter. Sadly, things did get fouled up again. I thought the person I talked to re-submitted my info, but apparently she didn't. After waiting another month, I called again. Make sure whoever you talk to gives you a submission number. I did this on 6/7/15. I eventually received an email confirming the submission and I was able to track its status online. Check arrived 7/ 27/15, four+ months after my original submission. DON'T GIVE UP. MAKE THE PHONE CALL.

    I had a similar problem last year in Illinois. Kahlua was advertised in Walgreens with a $10 rebate. When I made the purchase, the rebate form was printed out along with the receipt. This is a bad practice because you cannot read the rebate form BEFORE making the purchase to read the restrictions. Sadly, I did not read all the fine print on the rebate form and filled it out and mailed it in. I later received a postcard saying my rebate was declined because the offer was not valid in Illinois. I took my postcard, copies of my rebate and receipt to the Walgreens that I made the purchase, talked to the store manager, and she gave my $10 cash. Try this. The store should not be advertising the rebate if it is not a valid purchase site.
