Sponsorship

Our event aims to target the new adult generation within our community of Tshwane (Gauteng, Pretoria). Into expressing themselves in a manner that includes looking presentable and semi formal for in modern world looking good encourages positive thinking which might lead to positive actions. We plan to carter entertainment, refreshments as well as fashion talks from influential fashion stylists as well as designers. Since your company or brand is well known to be one of the favorite refreshments which our target audience indulge themselves in when they go out. Your sponsorship will be highly appreciated as it will also serve a marketing platform for branding purposes.

Thank you

  • I represent BLAM Projects, an innovative exhibition space/company in the heart of Bushwick, NYC. We have a couple of really exciting events that we are looking to gain drink sponsorship for, and we believe your brand values and image align with the kind of events we are organizing.
You can find our full drink sponsorship pitch [PDF] HERE (+ attached below)
And here is the website for the project: www.midnight_mass_exhibition.com
Our two events revolve around an exhibition "Midnight Mass" featuring artists who document underground club culture, and capture the raw self-expression and connection within these moments. The first event, an opening reception for the exhibition, showcasing three international artists, will be early March. Our second event will be an interactive, concept party celebrating the end of the exhibition. We will treat our audience to a thrilling night filled with interactive visual art and intoxicating tunes inspired by the exhibition that will keep them moving all night long. Your sponsorship will not only be supporting the next generation of creative tastemakers, but building a relationship and brand loyalty through us.
With the “Midnight Mass” project, the curator aims to increase BLAM's visibility, attract new collectors and put our name on the map as an innovator in the field of experiential exhibition design, by inspiring and educating our visitors.  If your brand values are to be youthful, cutting edge and cool, this is the perfect opportunity to reinforce or elevate your brand’s image while also attracting new clients and generating more buzz around your product.
Your sponsorship will ensure happiness throughout the night for up to 150-175 people. We will highlight your product and promote it to the fullest extent. Your item will not be sold, simply promoted so there is no profit being made. Alcohol will not be served to anyone under the age of 21 (this event is 21+).
    Thank you for your consideration,

  • Hi!

The Bangkok School of Management is planning an event for the 10th of March, pretty soon though.
Actually, I was expecting to find with you a good sponsorship for this event, and we will need some. We are expecting about 150 people and still finalizing details for the venue. I would be pleased to discuss further on it with you if my request look quite reasonable for you!

Thanks a lot and I hope to hear from you pretty soon.

  • Dear Absolut:
As a proud singing member, I'm writing to ask for your consideration of a donation or sponsorship for The Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington, DC (GMCW)'s Annual Gala Dinner, Silent and Live Auction, also known as the Spring Affair.

Our 2017 Spring Affair, A Night at the Moulin Rouge, takes place on Saturday, May 6th at the Mayflower Hotel, and is a return to the glory days of French Burlesque and entertainment.

The Spring Affair is GMCW’s largest annual fundraiser, drawing a crowd of more than 500 attendees and raising nearly a quarter of our annual operating budget. With 94% of our audience earning a household income of $50,000 or more, this event represents our best opportunity to raise the money we need to continue our mission of supporting the LGBTQ community and our many allies through the power of amazing choral music, sung by nearly 250 of some of the greatest guys we know!

We’d be honored if you contributed to Spring Affair. Spring Affair silent auction items often include travel vouchers, fine dining gift certificates, concert tickets, weekend trips and artwork – just about anything worth $25 or more.  Your name will be listed in the Spring Affair program, and your donated item will be beautifully displayed for bidding.

Our live auction is always popular with our guests. To ensure it's a spectacle to remember, we are seeking exceptional items, trips, or experiences valued at a minimum of $2,000. Other great donations include frequent flier miles, and hotel reward points, to craft an experience on your behalf. A contribution at this level guarantees recognition on event materials, and inclusion in our online auction preview. If you can help create a once-in-a-lifetime experience that money can’t buy, we would love to hear from you!

Any consideration is greatly appreciated. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me.

    In appreciation for your support,
    John U Robinson

Gay Men’s Chorus of Washington, DC
    http://www.gmcw.org

    About the Chorus:
Founded in 1981, the Gay Men's Chorus of Washington, DC is part of the local, and national LGBTQ bedrock. As one of the 5 largest choruses in America, we not only entertain on the stage, but conduct outreach throughout the DC/VA/MD area, and internationally.  We were the first LQTB group to sing in Cuba. We also most recently completed a singing tour of Ukraine, and this summer will raise our voices in a Rust Belt Tour.   We seek to inform, entertain, enlighten our audiences through music, to change hearts and minds.

With international visibility, we've performed for President Obama's inaugural concert, on the steps of the Supreme Court after the same-sex marriage ruling, The Kennedy Center Honors, at the residence of the Vice President, local High School LGBTQ Student Associations, singing at National sporting events (Washington Nationals, Washington Wizards, etc), and many more.

Last year, GMCW had the distinct honor to have premiered our LGBTQ Youth Chorus, GenOUT; one of only nine in the Nation. As part of our outreach effort, we also provide free tickets to our concerts for LGBTQ students, and their parents.

  • Hi,

I'm wondering if you can help me please?

Some friends of ours have recently  had to use the fantastic support of the Little Hearts Matter charity after unfortunately losing their son who was born with a heart defect.

The charity helped them from the antenatal diagnosis, through the birth, funeral and still offer their continues support while the family are grieving.

We have now decided to raise as much money and awareness for the charity as possible so they can continue to offer their ongoing support to the families who need them the most.

We have events planned throughout the rest of the year which include the parent's climbing Ben Nevis, tea mornings in our local work places, raffles, an online auction and have arranged a 'Dress to Impress' Ball at the Kenwood Hall Hotel in Sheffield on November 3rd with an expected 180 guests to end this year's hard work.

I was wondering if you might consider helping us with some favour gifts we are wanting to put together for our guests?

We are looking for miniature samples to give our guests in a little thank you pack for their support on the night of the ball and wondered if you be able to supply us with a selection?

Thank you for your time and I await your response

    Thank you
    Laura

  • Dear Absolute.,
I'm Victor. I DJ and promote a monthly event  and i wanted to know more about how to get my event sponsored. I have a drag show every month. Our first event was successful at the venue with 150+ people showing up. The venue has booked us for the rest of the year as well due to the great turn out of the first event. The next event is expected to have more guest. Would love to get absolute involved as they are very active in the community and well loved by it as well.
